Terminus of the line from Kłodzko in the Stołowe Mountains, next to the Czech border: two main tracks at the platforms ending at buffer stops, siding 4 and tracks 3 and 5 with headshunt 5a, which a train reaches only by reversing. One single-track open line to Duszniki-Zdrój and a level crossing with barriers right by the signal box. Until 1948 the tracks continued to Kudowa Słone.
Koleje Dolnośląskie trains from Kłodzko terminating here and returning at platforms I and II. No freight traffic; seasonal TLK trains from Gdynia and Warszawa left out of the timetable.
