SPRK

Terms of use

Version of 23.10.2026.

What the game is

SPRK is a free browser game – a simulator of a railway signaller’s work at Polish signal boxes. The game has no payments, purchases or ads, and you can play without an account. It is a simulation for fun and learning – it does not replace railway regulations or training.

The game is provided by the author of SPRK (dyzurnyruchu.pl), a private individual. These terms set out the rules for using the game and the account; what the game does with data is described in the privacy policy.

Account – optional

You can create an account if you are at least 16 years old; if you are younger, only with the consent of a parent or guardian. By creating an account you confirm this and accept these terms. One person – one account.

You may not use the game or the account to harm others, overload or attack the server, get around security measures or impersonate others. We may delete an account used to abuse the game – we will then write to the account’s address and tell you why.

You can delete your account at any time in the account window (tab “Profile”, “Delete account”) – together with the address and progress.

Progress on the account

After you sign in, the game copies progress and settings from the browser to the account, and from the account to other devices where you sign in. If two devices save progress at the same time, the save on the server is kept and the game tells you so. Without an account, progress stays only in this browser.

No guarantee

The game is provided as it is – with no guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. The account server is sometimes unavailable, and the game changes: stations, rules and grading may change. We may change or end the game or the accounts.

Point of contact (DSA)

The point of contact for the authorities of EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11 of the Digital Services Act – DSA) and for users (Art. 12 DSA) is the author of SPRK (dyzurnyruchu.pl), a private individual.

Contact: the “Report a bug or idea” form in the game settings or e-mail contact@dyzurnyruchu.pl.

Languages: Polish and English.

Reporting illegal content

Report content in the game that you consider illegal with the “Report a bug or idea” form (type “legal matter / content report”) or by e-mail to contact@dyzurnyruchu.pl (Art. 16 DSA).

Include: where the content is (page address or place in the game), why you consider it illegal, your name and e-mail address (not required when the report concerns child sexual abuse) and a statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete.

If you give an e-mail address, we will confirm receipt of the report and tell you what we did about it.

Player content

Today the game shows other players nothing a player has written – there is no chat, no profiles, nicknames or comments. Other players see only aggregate result numbers. Messages from the form are read only by the author of the game.

Changes to the terms

When we change the terms, the version at the top changes. With each account the server stores the version of the terms that was accepted and the time of acceptance. After a significant change the game may ask you to accept the new version.
